How its works?:
Clinical Hypnotherapy or Clinical Hypnosis is counselling whilst the client is in a relaxed state - which enables us to access the unconscious mind where all of our fears, hopes, dreams, habits and anxieties form. Getting to the ‘root’ of a problem enables a client to own the process of change. It is our deep seated beliefs that keep us trapped in patterns of behaving and communicating and limits the development of our full potential.

Hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP and GOLD Counselling helps us to manage pain, stress, anxiety and change effectively.

We have devised an empowering programme for facilitating change at your very core by incorporating
Yoga and Hypnotherapy. In ancient times the Greeks used hypnotherapy and sleep temples to treat the mind. Such temples were used by people who were stressed, anxious, and who needed time to re-focus. Times have changed and so have our needs. Using hypnotic techniques and other transformative strategies in conjunction with yoga we have devised a programme for a suite of movements and visualisations for powerful release and transformation at a conscious, unconscious, physical and emotional level. The combination of these ancient traditions in conjunction with 21st century transformative work enables us to access the ‘root cause’ of unwanted habits, beliefs, and behaviours and physical changes.

Accessing the unconscious mind enables participants to gain deeper relaxation, and facilitates the release of negative thinking patterns which when replaced with empowering positive patterns strengthen the effect of each individual yoga technique.

It is particularly beneficial for people who hold tension and are stressed, perhaps as a result of their home or working environment, students who are anxious, fearful, lacking confidence or people who live with chronic pain.
We have also produced a suite of supportive ’s to enable the transformative work to continue empowering you wherever you may be.

Linda is a Clinical Hypnotherapist - Psychotherapist, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Life Skills Trainer. She has many years experience as a therapist and trainer and works with clients on a one to one and group basis. She also works as a Corporate Trainer providing Stress Management and ‘Quit’ Smoking Programmes. Clients see Linda for a broad range of issues including:- stress, panic, anxiety, anger bed-wetting, depression, habit change, Hypno-Birthing.

Claudia, founder of Yoga Fitness Dublin , BSc. in Sports Science and Physical Education is a P. E. Teacher, Yoga, Pilates, Fitness and Gymnastic Instructor.
She is committed to constantly updating her knowledge, and has attended over 40 courses, workshops and conferences on Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, Pedagogy, Training, Sports Medicine, Dance, and Aerobics. She has also trained as a Special Needs Assistant. Claudia has nearly 30 years’ experience in the field of fitness and well being, and has worked extensively as a Fitness instructor, Gymnastics Coach, and teacher throughout Argentina, Spain and Italy.
