YogaPalooza Workshop: Integrating Kids’ Yoga with Great Music and Fun Activities

Yogapalooza will feature the best activities and music from Bari’s longtime popular classes and her upcoming television show Yogapalooza which features music, movement, healthy living tips, relaxation and other skills for children.

Guaranteed to have you singing and moving, this workshop will feature live concert format presentation as well as open discussion.

Workshop fee includes all materials- a 30 page full color music, movement and kids yoga activity book and 3 award winning albums for music, movement and kids yoga. Participants are invited to observe a special live music family yoga class at 4:30 pm (Family members can be registered for the class as well.)

**This workshop will be followed by a special musical family yoga class a few blocks away at Christ Church. Workshop participants are invited to observe for free or register a family member in the class to join the fun!***
