Looking specifically at more complex and challenging postures of the YogaSynergy Water sequence. This, accompanied with pranayama and meditation will uncover new depths in your yoga practice.
The Water Sequence is the 2nd of the YogaSynergy Elements sequences. With the weather cooling down, and the year underway, we work with the water in our bodies (lymph and blood, cellular fluid) to invigorate and prepare ourselves for winter. Plenty of binds and twists.
The intention with which we practice is to bring about change through fluid movement.
