Come walk the paths of Punta Gorda, and follow it up with a rejuvenating yoga practice! Experience the consistency of movement, along with yoga week to week, to jump start or supplement your fitness journey, with a little help from a built-in buddy system in this group environment. Walk at your own pace, get your steps in, and feel great the rest of the day at the start of your weekend! Each yoga class will be designed to complement and balance out the body after walking. No yoga experience is necessary—only comfortable sneakers, the willingness to move, and the openness to explore!
