Breath is respiration, life, vitality, energy and strength. Do not take your breathing for granted. Come and see how your breath is an essential connection between your own mind and body and between you and this world. Vidya Nahar, ERYT will discuss and demonstrate several breathing techniques including bandhas (locks) used in Pranayam - Yogic Breath Regulation System.

Prana is manifested through your breath. It is your energy flow. Pranayam is conscious control of inhalation, retention and exhalation of breath. Learn to practice breath awareness in this workshop with Vidya. You'll discover that you can actually alter the state of mind and body through right kind of breathing. Regular practice of Pranayam helps prevent frequent sinus infections, runny / blocked noses and helps with relaxation.
