Tools that help with anxiety, fear, enhancing the immune system and strengthening the nervous system.

We have the power within us to heal and protect ourselves from viruses. In this 2 part workshop series we will share yogic tools you can use that'll help if you get a virus. Yoga and breathing exercises to boost the Immune System. Reduce fear and anxiety so you don't become more susceptible to getting sick.

A toolkit of useful information will be given so you can practice at home and share with your friends and family.
