STRESS – Just about everyone feels they have too much stress in their lives.
Years ago, there was a song in which the title suggested, “Don’t worry, be happy.” If only it were so simple! Unfortunately, when it comes to stress-management, a little sound advise, however wise, may not go a long way. Being told by your doctor, spouse or best friend to relax and take it easy just doesn’t do it. The advise may be well-meant and sound terrific, but it’s still not enough.

To effectively manage the stress in your life, you need the right stress-reducing tool, In fact, you need an entire TOOL BOX filled with a variety of techniques, strategies and tactics.
This TOOL BOX will be a package of ideas and methods based on the holistic methodology of yoga therapy that you can integrate into the various aspects of your life. Tools which will help us learn: how to relax the body, letting go of physical/mental tension, control anger, worry less, creating a life-style which is more stress resistant, from caring about what goes into your mouth to the kind of chair you sit in, how much sleep you get and especially how to turn off that racing “monkey” mind.
THEORY AND PRAXIS:
During the workshop we will not just talk about the phenomena of stress and how to tackle it, but also practice how to apply yoga therapy asanas. In fact you will leave with a different perspective and a variety of efficient tools.
You can take notes and there will be time for Q&A. Water and snacks will be provided to keep you alert.
You do not have to bring anything specific (except a mat and blanket), but an open mind and a friendly attitude.
We promise you THREE HOURS of well spent time towards your goal to relax and restore your body and mind.
All workshops are limited to 25 participants, no previous yoga experience required.
