Current neuroscience shows that by focusing our attention in particular ways, we can alter the brain's activity & structure.

Join Rachel for 8 weekly discussions of brain function combined with mindfulness practices (meditation, breath work, postures, guided imagery) to experience:
A calmer, less reactionary mind
Improved memory & attention
Decreased anxiety & attention
Deeper relationships & social connections
Strengthened immune, digestion, & hormone function
