Zanshin Yoga Retreat is about 4 intensive days in and out of the mat to gain self-awareness and regain self-confidence. It is open to everyone feeling the need to unplug from their daily automatism. A conscious step to embrace the moment, live fully a special experience in the Mediterranean Island of Cyprus, using Yoga as a tool. No Level required

The concept revolves around yoga sessions, breathing and meditative walks.
It offers each participant the opportunity to step out of their physical and intellectual comfort zone to reconnect with oneself.
The goal is not to forget or to forget oneself, but to be here and now, to be focused and not in automatism mood, to be well before thinking well being, to give up the will to do for the will to be.
This retreat is partially based on the Paris Yoga Style School concept, of which two of the instructors are affiliated, that promotes yoga for health around presence, alignment, breathing and respect of each physiognomy.
Yoga classes are beginner and intermediate level and are taught in a heated room to facilitate elimination of toxins but also to avoid muscle injuries. The intensity of the courses varies according to the type of course but the level of difficulty remains average.
Breathing exercices will open each yoga will facilitate concentration, attention and also the practice.
Meditative walks are meant to take / become aware of one's senses: sight, hearing, smell and touch by focusing on each of them
