Atmanna Healing Haven

Atmanna is the home of Atma Love, and is currently (winter 2019) open to receive volunteers to help with house and barn renovations and to help prepare the 2900 m2 of land as a permaculature to grow organic fruit, vegetables and healing herbs. Atmanna can also receive guests for personal healing retreats in a rustic living environment. From Spring/Summer 2020 some accomodation will be finished for a very few guests who prefer a more comfortable environment.

Atmanna is set in the mountain foothills of Bulgaria very close to the border with Macedonia. About 15 minutes walk from the nearest village, it is a very peaceful place with the sound of cowbells from the cows grazing nearby. There are rivers, resevoirs and lakes nearby which are great for cooling off in the summer.

I, Atma, start my day with meditation, kundalini yoga and mantra chanting followed by a healing breakfast, usually a green smoothie, but occasionally oats with fruit. Volunteers and guests are welcome to join me in my practice.

My day is usually quite relaxed, interspresed with some work around the house and garden, breaks for meditation, reading and listening to or watching media from health experts and enlightened masters like Alan Watts, Ramana Maharshi, Nisagadartta, Mooji and more.

I am passionate about sharing the many "things" which have helped me on my awakening journey and have helped me to become more healthy and content. I am able to help you learn about holistic healing, reversing dis-ease, meditation, yoga, growing organic food, and the meaning of life.
