This specialty class taught by Yoga and Tai Chi Expert, Lydia Wong,
E-RYT 500 will introduce a practice of gentle yoga, mindfulness breathing, longevity qigong and tai chi. Students will learn how to create a daily routine to help reduce stress in the mind and protect the body from its adverse effects. Regular practice can help reduce the level of sugar in the blood, along with lowering blood pressure, keeping your weight in check.
Born in Singapore, Lydia has extensive training in yoga, tai chi, feng shui and other mind-body health modalities since 1980. Lydia has been featured in Yoga Journal, Elle magazine, Health & Fitness magazine, London’s Sunday Times, and a guest on several London TV programs and Living In Balance, a nationally-syndicated television program.
