This specialty class taught by Yoga and Tai Chi Expert, Lydia Wong,
E-RYT 500 will introduce a practice of gentle yoga, breathing and meditation to help reduce stress in the mind and protect the body from its adverse effects. Regular practice can help reduce the level of sugar in the blood, along with lowering blood pressure, keeping your weight in check.
Born in Singapore, Lydia is a QiGong Master and Healer with extensive training in yoga, tai chi, feng shui and other mind-body health modalities since 1980. Lydia has been featured in Yoga Journal, Elle magazine, Health & Fitness magazine, London’s Sunday Times, and a guest on several London TV programs and Living In Balance, a nationally-syndicated television program. She lives in San Miguel de Allende and offers yoga therapy for pain management, QiGong Massage Therapy and open tai chi classes at the Benito Juarez park from monday to friday at 9:30am.
