At the dedicated Suryal retreat centre you will find a schedule to make you smile – over 21 hours of yoga, Pilates and meditation. Classes take place on the beautiful wooden yoga shala in the villa garden. Our instructors are highly experienced and here to help you progress and enjoy the experience. Classes are split into different levels as and when necessary.
The delicious, healthy food is a real highlight of this retreat experience. A top chef and nutritionist prepares all the food, from the homemade breakfasts to the vibrant vegetarian evening meals. You can also attend cooking and nutrition workshops. Included in the week is a holistic masssage and many more treatments are available so that you will go home refreshed, relaxed and revived.
