We incorporate Yoga, Reiki Treatments, Detox, Ayurveda Nutrition; Cooking, as well Massage and Personal Coaching into our Yoga Retreats. Enjoy our retreats in the nature! The retreat is in a private house with swimming pool, balcony, close to restaurants , supermarket and cafés.
Located in Boliqueime, 10 minutes by car rom Falesia Beach, in a private house with swimming pool. Near by you have Albufeira , only 10 min by car, a very nice fisher town, with a lot of shops, restaurants , bars and life music.
We are a certified Yoga school by Yoga Alliance International.
Program:
6 nights in double occupancy
1h30 Yoga dance & Meditation in the morning and in the evening
2 healthy meals with organic food and fruits juices, herbal teas
1 30 minutes Sound healing Massage or Reiki treatment

and a lot of time to relax in the area, walk on the beach, read a book, breath the fresh air, surf and do different tours in the area.
You can also have fun and try a latin dance class with us!
