About Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga 1 day workshop retreat
We will be teaching you about mindfulness, what it is and how to use it to enhance everything in your life. From coping with stress to healing relationships, living mindfulness is a truly liberating. You will also learn about meditation and be guided through two healing and relaxing meditations that will help you to develop a more positive perspective and relaxed approach to life. This will be complemented by a both a dynamic and Restorative Yoga practice that will integrate what you will learn as well as helping you to physically adjust to a new beginning. The day with finish with a yoga Nidra practice to set your intentions & firm up your resolves for a peaceful calm life.
