I have been coming to the Sattva Yoga Academy for over 5 years now. Sattva Yoga is a ever-evolving, transformational , holistic practice. The teacher training is held 2 times each year at the beautiful Sattva Center, which is the perfect environment for teachers to dive deep into the Sattva training. This complete yoga training, is conducted over a 3 week period and guided by Master Anand Mehrotra who is a true visionary master teacher. During the training, I have seen many transformations and lives changed. Sattva, is much more than a yoga training, it is more than I ever imagined! Sattva Yoga opens your heart and brings you back to your true self.
