We are a small, family run Holistic retreat centre located in the south east of Spain, in the mountains behind Javea and Denía, (the Costa Blanca) midway between Valencia and Alicante. The retreat is located on terraced land surrounded by cherry and almond trees with amazing views of the sea some 20km away. Perfect for a retreat, a rest or walking in the hills.

STRESS, ANXIETY OR DEPRESSION: We offer Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) with an experienced group facilitator and mindfulness teacher.

NATURAL HEALTH TREATMENTS: Detox and dietary advice, Bach flower remedies, massage, reiki, phytotherapy, auricular acupuncture.

RECOVER YOUR HEALTH: for anyone with health issues or recovering from an operation, chemotherapy, addictions, depression, etc.

The retreat centre lies in peaceful countryside where you can live close to nature. The various living spaces offer all modern day comforts including; abundant hot water, electricity, modern shower and toilet block, swimming pool, WIFI. Full board is available - includes all meals and special dietry needs are catered for.

Stay in our hand-built hexagonal wooden cabin with kitchen, ensuite bathroom and a private terrace with views of the mountains, valley and the sea. The space is ideal for meditation, relaxation and rest.

We have a dedicated meditation space which can host small retreats of up to 12 people.

There are some fascinating walks like the "Barranc del Infern" (Hells gorge), a closed circuit route of some 14Km which takes in 5,946 steps carved into the sides of the valley. The surrounding mountains are ideal for hiking.
