Yoga Holiday Paradiso is a family run retreat located in the hills near Nerja, overlooking the sea. We are situated in the Andalucia region of Southern Spain the retreat is just 50 km from Malaga airport. With spacious accommodation and quiet secluded gardens you can relax, unwind and enjoy tranquil surroundings. Our small classes will give you a solid foundation on which to build your yoga practice regardless of your experience. My name is Mirka Finney (please see my teacher profile on our website ) and I am a residential teacher at Yoga Holiday Paradiso. In my teaching I draws inspiration from Iyengar training, 13 years of teaching, 27 years of personal yoga practice, Mindfulness Meditation and studies of ancient wisdom. I will encourage you to bring more awareness to your body and mind during your practice of yoga. Our morning classes are energizing and dynamic, our evening classes are geared towards rest and recovery. Restorative Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation which we practice in the evenings will leave you feeling calm rested and clear. Yoga classes take place in the beautiful spacious, well equipped studio or a large terrace with stunning panoramic views. You can enjoy delightful organic vegetarian meals cooked for you by my husband Michael. The meals are served in the courtyard patio overlooking the stunning, panoramic view.
