Lyn has practised yoga for 25 years and been a British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance 200 hours accredited teacher since 2013. She is continuing her Yoga studies on the Yoga Academy's 500 hour Yoga Alliance course. Lyn's teachers; Simon Low, Judith Lasater, Julie Gudmestad, Gary Carter and Ralf Marzen have helped her develop a Hatha yoga teaching practice which is sensitive to each students abilities. Lyn's classes aim to teach yoga safely allowing you to explore your body, breath and mind, to cultivate stillness, stability, strength and grace within yourself and to leave you feeling calm, serene and ready to face the world with inner peace.
