Vinyasa yoga emphasizes a steady breath alongside creative & intelligent sequencing. These energizing classes are dynamic experiences that will strengthen, stretch, align, and awaken your body!

A Yoga for 50+ Class is ideal for Senior Citizens or people preparing their bodies to be healthy for aging. In the 50+ class, the students will learn yoga postures to strengthen and stretch muscles, protect joints and promote balance at a slower and more gentle pace. Yoga props such as blocks, chairs and blankets will be used to make the postures accessible to everyone. Relaxation techniques, such as meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) will also be covered. Participants for this class must be able to stand and walk on their own with relative ease.

Hatha yoga class focusing on strengthening muscles to support the spine, strengthening bones, balance, posture, releasing tension in the upper & lower back, and lengthening the spine.

For people new to yoga or anyone wanting to improve your knowledge of fundamentals, we'll focus on proper alignment in basic poses, learn how to coordinate breathing and movement, and learn how to become better at "tuning in" to your own body's needs.

All levels.

The + symbol indicates some yoga experience is suggested. These are mixed-levels classes, but not ideal for first-timers.

This class will encourage the releasing of stress, often held as muscle tension in the neck and shoulders, by using postures that are comforting to the body and quieting for the mind, visualization, and breathing techniques which balance the nervous system.
