ist für Anfänger und auch diejenigen, die wieder anfangen wollen oder wieder ganz gründlich sich auf die Ausrichtung fokussieren möchten. Hatha Yoga in diesem Sinne heißt, daß jede Position (Asana) separat mit sorgfältiger Erklärung in einer intelligent ausgesuchten Sequenz zlangsam und hintereinander ausgeführt wird, mit Bedacht auf Ausrichtung und Atmung. Der Begriff "Hatha Yoga" generell kommt von der Haha Yoga Pridipika und ist ein Überbegriff für ALLE körperlichen Yogabewegungen. Diese Stunde ist oft sehr von BKS Iyengar inspiriert und wir benutzen normalerweise Yoga Props.

Jeden Dienstag: Yoga Anfängerkurs in Wien. Alle 2 Monate Neueinstieg möglich. Kurse laufen weiter, versäumte Stunden können daher später nachgeholt werden. Wir lernen in diesem Kurs den Sonnengruß und die wichtigsten Yogastellungen, einfache Atemübungen und die Kunst der Entspannung.

Chair Yoga for people from an office envirement and elderly yogis and yoginis, with focus on stress resilience, relaxation and stretching of the upper body.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner.

Flow-Based Hatha Yoga uses movement and breath together to produce a "flow" of postures that lead from one to the next.

This is a great way to start your yoga practice! Come and enjoy gentle asanas, pranayama and meditaiton and leave feeling light and happy! Over time you'll be all flexible and strong, in body and mind.
