Open to all levels from beginners to advanced students, Hot Yoga is a demanding series of postures performed in a precise order, in a room heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity. This 60 minute program systematically works the entire body, concentrating on the essence of every organ, bone, joint, muscle, ligament, tendon, blood vessel, nerve and gland. Incorporating strength, balance, and flexibility, Hot Yoga teaches students how each pose stimulates the mind, restores and shapes the body. Background music is played during this practice.

Yoga class on a Saturday morning for your convenience

Try to go slow through this traditional vinyasa flow class, focused just on beauty of basic postures and sun salutations. You will be surprised how moving slowly with awareness can be quite provocative, it can also be soothing and relaxing.

Yin Yoga is a type of practice that approaches yoga from this Taoist perspective. Since our bodies are made up of Yin and Yang, any experience protocol we embark upon should be conscious and appreciative of this fact. Most exercise works the Yang elements (blood and muscles); Yin Yoga concentrates on the connective tissues and joints. All poses are either seated or lying down and held for up to 5 minutes. All levels.

Radiant HOT 26: A classic series of 26 accessible held postures to promote detoxification, cardio endurance and increased flexibility in a temperature that builds up to 100+ degrees. A strong workout that systematically works all the joints, glands and muscles . Advanced alignment cues and radiant far infrared waves expand your practice to new horizons.

This class focuses on a different topic each week, using Kundalini Yoga and meditation to assist and support the issues of the times.

This class links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that flow with the breath in a more vigorous series. Hatha Vinyasa flow involves moving from one posture to another with very little rest in between and creates a strong cardiovascular workout. Intermediate to advanced

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Primary Series: Not heated; no music. The Primary series, also known as "First" series, or Yoga Chikitsa (yoga therapy), is the foundational sequence that heals and purifies the whole system, meaning body, emotions, and mind. It's a very balanced mix of standing postures, floor postures, and cooling postures. The whole sequence in its entirety can be daunting if the student is new.

All levels class. Energizing morning yoga class with focus on stretching, strengthening, toning and refreshing the body. On Saturdays we explore a little bit of yoga philosophy and we dip our toes into the thinking side of yoga at the beginning of class. Great for beginning and continuing students.

Yoga without strain. This practice gives the gift of receiving postures rather than initiating them. Each posture helps reduce the effects of stress, diseases and fatigue in the body, while helping you to experience deep relaxation. Blankets, blocks, straps and/or sandbags are used. Heal the body, renew the mind and refresh your outlook on life! Open to all fitness levels.
