Foundation Yoga to build technique and ground!
A slower paced but yet challenging class in which the students will learn various breathing techniques as well as physical postures. Postures will be held up to 5 breaths or two minutes in order to build strength and stability of form. The class level is beginner to intermediate.
Class goals: strengthening and detoxifying the body and the mind by focusing on detailed practice; improving the control over the breath; grounding and improving technique of simple to intermediate postures.

Gentle energising yoga flow

A high intensity class that consists of breath work, core / movement / cardio drills and high intensity flow sequences. The aim of CS level 1 is to build strength, coordination and stamina to get you stable, comfortable and full of balance in four basic inversions, arm balances:

headstand
handstand
forearm balance
crow pose
AND its variations PLUS three basic transitions:

handstand dive
crow into chaturanga
jumps (forward and through)
These poses and sequences are designed to prepare you for Level 2, where similar techniques are incorporated to get you transitioning from one hand/head/arm balancing pose to the other.

Yoga practice for sports minded people incorporating strength, twists, balance, stretch, restorative & yin yoga poses combined with a mindfulness practice.

for experienced students wishing to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga,
includes inverted poses,backbends, and intermediate poses
