The class begins with a few sun A's to warm up the body, then the real fun begins! Tabata, yoga with weights, and core are all integrated to increase heart rate, get the blood flowing and the sweat dripping! Restorative poses are used at the end to stretch and elongate the muscles!

Vinyasa Anti-Gravity Hammock Yoga allows you to enjoy the benefits of traditional yoga practices while using the hammock to move deeper into poses. We flow from pose to pose in this class taking you through a great full body and core workout. Come on in and revitalize your body with inversions, decompress your spine, hold and balance yourself in yoga poses, and gain better body and breath awareness.

Please do not wear clothing with zippers, buttons or anything that could potentially tear or snag the hammock material. Jewelry, including rings, bracelets, or earrings cannot be worn during class. You may wrap tape or a band-aid around your rings or pierced earrings before coming to class.
