Gentle Yoga Flow

Are you ready for the Cadillac of Pilates classes? This class combines the equipment used in Pilates personal training sessions with a small group class. This class is EXCEPTIONAL for getting a toned, lean Pilates body in the shortest amount of time possible in a group class. The Reformer is the gold standard in Pilates training and allows you to get the most benefit out of every movement. In addition to the Pilates Reformer personal training machine, we also utilize the Pilates MVe chair and the Stamina Aeropilates rebounder board.

Equipment classes are small & utilize specialized equipment. To ensure your space in one of these classes (which fill quickly) please preregister online (& don't forget to cancel if you're unable to make it so that someone else can have that spot).

This level is for yogis who have a good working knowledge of basic yoga poses.

If you don't want to get down to the mat to practice your yoga, think Chair Yoga.
If you have to sit a lot for your job, commute or travels, but want to keep up your fitness, think Chair Yoga.
If you have a limited range of motion in your hips, knees, back, arms, but don't want to give up yoga, think Chair Yoga.
If you're afraid of standing balances, think supported balances with Chair Yoga.
If you've never done Yoga before, but want to get started, think Chair Yoga.

Traditional yoga warm-ups and poses are practiced sitting on a chair or standing by a chair.
You'll also learn Pranayam (yogic breathing techniques) and meditation sitting in the chair.

Appropriate for all levels of practitioner and assumes a basic working knowledge of yoga. Students with various levels of skill will be given a basic framework plus options for either a less challenging or more challenging approach.

Move through a continuous Vinyasa Flow class that links breath to movement. Focus on the cardio and strengthening aspects of yoga. Typically not for Beginners.

Meru Dhanda – Spinal column / Suddhi – cleansing action. This practice is a carefully and specially designed set of synchronized body movements combined with simple asanas which suits to all age groups.

Focus on your buns and biceps in this weight training class done Tabata Style! We won’t forget about all the other muscles either! You will be using weights, weighted aerobic bars and other various props and tools to add some additional resistance and training to your regimen! Tabata training is High Intensive Interval Training formatted (HIIT) at your individual level as modifications are given. HIIT training has an after effect meaning many calories are burned after class is over. This class is just 40 minutes long; Get In and Get Done with Buns n Guns!

This class combines the toning and sculpting moves of pilates' with the lengthening and strengthening poses of yoga into one amazing class.

Great for all levels, majority of class is on the mat.

An advanced beginner/intermediate vinyasa class

Pilates mat classes cover the exercises of Joseph H. Pilates whole-body exercise method. Pilates increases core strength, flexibility, circulation, and balance. It tones the body as it relieves stress. Pilates is perfect for all ages and fitness levels as modifications can be shown. We have several Pilates classes to choose from:

Pilates Spine Corrector: This class adds an amazing "prop" to your Pilates practice. The Spine Corrector is a specialized piece of equipment that puts the participant in the most optimal position for Pilates movements. It helps to open the chest and corrects your alignment and posture. This stabilizes the body and keeps your core stabilized through the duration of the moves making the movements more effective. All fitness levels welcome; modifications will be shown.

Dance, Fun & Fitness is what this class is all about! Come take a class with fun dance choreography that will include elements of hip hop, jazz, and funk that will get every part of your body moving! The more you move the more you burn! (Calorie burn: 450-750!)
