Hot Flow Yoga is a vinyasa inspired flow to music designed to build heat through the body, flexibility in the muscles and inspiration in the mind. We will flow together using our breath as our guide and the music as rhythm. Hot Flow Yoga is practised in a 34 degree room, so bring a towel, a smile and yourself. This class is aimed at those who have a basic knowledge of yoga, but all are welcome. Come prepared to sweat and flow it out. See you on the mat!

In this one hour class, we will begin with a series of postures to prepare the body for meditation. Students will then lay in restorative yoga postures while essential oils, Reiki and body scan meditation are layered in throughout.
No previous yoga experience is required and students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing.
Fun, fun, fun! Games and stories are used to bring alive the world of yoga and its rich tapestry of storytelling for your budding yogi.
This class will engage your child with each asana (pose) through the animals and their interaction with the world. Expect a treasure chest of lessons on perseverance, techniques to help with focus and inspiration for maintaining a growth mindset. Our teachers aspire to impact behavior modification conducive to growth and development.
Beginners more than welcome ;-)
A mix of simple Asanas (postures) and Pranayama techniques. Opening up all the major joints, stretching the muscles of the body and removing any blockages preventing free flow of energy in the body.
Focusing on the breath, all postures are simple and comfortable; intended to release the tension, keep the breathing regulated and direct the awareness on the inner-self.
Open to students of all levels, this alignment-based vinyasa flow takes from several schools of yoga. Classical postures are modified to include props such as blocks, blankets and straps to accommodate people from all walks of life. Special attention is paid to the sequence of postures to ensure transitions are anatomically-safe, all the while observing the breath. The vigorous, hour-long vinyasa is followed by 20 minutes of juicy restorative postures to cool down and a 10 minute sound bath meditation.
