Innerstellar studio's signature yoga style, Stellarflow classes are a brilliant blend of a more flowing style of Vinyasa with Forrest Yoga principles -- deep breath, core strength, intelligent sequencing and caring hands-on assists -- to help you feel safe and supported. In these mindful yet dynamic classes, you will learn how to sync up your breath with asanas (postures) to help heal your injuries and pain, melt tension and build strength.

In this class you will synchronize your breath with a flowing series of movements that will improve your strength and flexibility, calm your mind, and leave you feeling invigorated. This class is best suited to students who are comfortable with their yoga practice. The Wednesday morning session will incorporate elements of Yin Yoga; a slow, relaxing style of yoga that incorporates longer, deeper holds of poses that will noticeably improve your flexibility.

Ashtanga vinyasa is rooted in the classical ashtanga vinyasa system and includes traditional opening and closing chants. Based on the ashtanga primary series – “yoga chikitsa” translated “yoga therapy” – with some variations. Emphasis is paid to bandhas (energy valves), dristi (eye gaze) and ujjayi pranayama (“victorious” breath). Through this asana practice we cleanse the nadis – the energy channels in the body, develop strength, flexibility, agility, and most importantly a clear, calm and focused mind.

Estee’s Vinyasa classes are a graceful experience blending chanting, meditation, music, and intelligent sequencing with emphasis on safe alignment and breathing techniques.

Our signature classes balance precise instruction, alignment with breath, and fluid movement. Classes are carefully themed to deepen the students' experience of yoga. A flow of Sun Salutes and postures are skillfully sequenced, and modifications are used to individualize the practice for each student. The YogaWorks Teacher Training Program is based on this clear and effective style of practice. YogaWorks signature classes are paced moderately to vigorously depending upon the level. As a beginner, you can start with Level 1 and gradually build up to more advanced levels as your practices grows.

This class can be enjoyed by students at any level of experience. Poses (asanas) are offered with variations and modifications so there is something for each student.

Sun Salutations and flowing sequences of asanas change and align with the breath. Expect standing poses, balance poses, inversions – a little bit of everything but moving towards a broader spectrum of poses that may challenge some students.

These classes also focus on the relationship between strength and flexibility.
