Asanas (poses) are accessible for beginners, with variations for those who are more experienced. Vinyasa simply means - arranging something in a special way and in our classes we arrange our Asanas with love and intention.

In this class, you'll focus on the fundamentals of alignment, refining your technique and building a strong foundation with both postures (asana) and breathwork (pranayama). Class will end with restorative postures. This class is perfect for those new to yoga, individuals healing from an injury or illness, or those looking for a gentle practice.

Props are our friends. And the chair is our Best Friend! This is a gentle form of yoga, sitting in a chair or using it for support. Traditional yoga poses are modified using the chair to make yoga accessible to every one. Relax from your head to your feet without the stress of getting down onto the floor (or back up!) Feel the tension melt away as you incorporate breath work and create the mind-body connection resonate with all styles of yoga.

Based on the Hatha Yoga on stretching and toning muscles that are often neglected, but so important to keeping you healthy and mobile. Touch of laughter with an eclectic mix of music. Prepare to relax deeply & walk out feeling centered & balanced.
