Dharma Yoga is a system of classical Hatha-Raja yoga based on the teachings of New York's renowned yogi Sri Dharma Mittra. A devotional practice that emphasises good health, a clear mind and a kind heart. In this class you will practise physically and mentally challenging asana (poses). Additionally, each week we will focus on other traditional yoga techniques like pranayama, chanting, guided relaxation, or meditation.
