Set to music, this high-energy, focused and powerful 45 minute workout is designed to complement a yoga practice. This class will leave you feeling toned and strong as you continue to burn calories throughout the rest of your day!

First, you will learn about the poses. This class will help you build heat, detox and sense the body's fluidity as you learn to flow integrateness using yoga poses (asana) as a tool. This class is for all levels. You can decide to turn up the volume for a more rigorous workout or slow it down to focus more on the quality of your breath in a movement practice.

podGENTLE classes move at a slow, mindful pace and include basic breathing exercises, a variety of foundational postures (standing and floor poses), utilize props such as blocks, bolsters and straps, and include a guided meditation at the end of class.

podGENTLE is practiced at room temperature with soft music playing and classes are suitable for all levels of practitioner.

podFLOW 2 classes, set to music, are dynamic and accessible, offering more challenging postures and variations based on the fundamentals of the podFLOW 1 classes.

Teachers bring their own creative element to podFLOW 2, resulting in diverse and inspiring classes. Each class focuses on proper alignment techniques and safe and intelligent sequencing progressions.

podFIT begins with an active, full body warm-up designed to engage the core and prepare all major muscle groups. The class utilizes resistance training and body weight and cardio exercises to accelerate change in the body, build strength, and increase core stability. The class finishes with gentle stretching and a light cool down.

podFIT is a fun and vibrant class taught to the beat of high-energy music designed to provide balance to your practice.

podHOT utilizes a set sequence of postures practiced in a room set to 105 degrees and 60% humidity. The class is designed to build strength, create balance and flexibility in the body, and produce a detoxifying sweat. Class includes breathing exercises, a standing series, and a floor series.

The 60 or 75 minute classes are set to music and are suitable for all levels. A towel is required and water is highly recommended. Please come to class well hydrated.
