This class is for everyone, a mix of movement with more yin style, quiet poses, mostly on the floor.

This mindful exercise class is a great way to improve strength, balance, and more! We incorporate the use of free weights, Bosu balls, stability balls, balance drills, and more! Proper form is stressed in order to promote safety as well as for the purpose of staying connected to your body, and getting the maximum benefit out of each exercise.

Flow class that enables the newer student to expand and the advanced student to have opportunities with inversions and hand balances.
