The private one on one sessions are designed to address your individual needs. Each body is different and hence the practice is adapted to fall in line with your anatomy, aspirations and achieve your health and wellness goals. These classes can be held at your home or my private home studio.
Gentle Hatha Yoga focuses on asana practice, holding the poses for longer and working on the physical alignment, but it approached the practice in a gentler way, making it accessible to all ages and all levels of practice. It allows for an organic strengthening and stretching of the muscles and joints, in addition to being guided through deeper layers of awareness using the power of focus and breath.
