A multilevel yoga practice to awaken and energize the body and clear the clutter of the mind. Develop strength, flexibility and balance to move into the day feeling centered with a sense of power, ease and grace.

This is a strength bases Pilates class.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from two minutes to four minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.

Classes offer props and modifications to allow all levels to enjoy a yoga practice. Classes are based on an alignment based vinyasa and adapt to meet the needs of students. The word vinyasa means "to place" "in a certain way". In a vinyasa, each movement has a breath - extension on an inhale and contraction or release on a exhale. These breathe patterns are linked with the class movements, creating a graceful and deep practice. Time is taken to find alignment - ensuring a safe practice and optimizing the path ways of the nervous system. These classes can range from slow hip and heart openers to strong standing poses and flows, adapting classes to the needs of each moment and each student.

Focuses on strength building, balance and maintaining range of motion. Also a big focus on breathing and relaxation.

Breath your way into a good posture through practical, natural movement and bio-mechanically sound alignment doing pain free exercises with a focus on inner core strength, joint mobility, and balance.

A gentle, slower moving class that offers many options for modifying poses

Aerial Yoga (AIReal Yoga; accredited with American Yoga Alliance) merges yoga and Pilates with an aerial hammock. Suspended at seat height, the pod or sling is a prop, intended to assist alignment, deepen awareness and relaxation, and provide immediate benefits of spinal decompression. With the weight of the body partially or fully supported, students explore and create space in the body; finding a balanced and free expression of each pose.

There are no prerequisites- Aerial Yoga is accessible to any and every body type, experience level, age and ability.
