The Beginners Classes teache the “Sarva Hitta Asanas” from Level 1 - postures that are good for everyone. The class covers all the foundations you need for an ongoing yoga practice as well as plenty of time for guided relaxation. Loosening your body, the joints, and your mind, the exercises are designed for the complete balance and awakening of energy in body, mind and soul. Experience yoga postures, breath techniques, meditation and relaxation, along with knowledge about basic yoga philosophy and a healthy lifestyle. A wonderful class for new beginners and those looking to deepen their practical experience of yoga.

101 ways to lie down and relax – if you haven’t tried Restorative Yoga before, it’s a must! Through the use of blocks, bolsters and blankets you will be fully supported in your postures and able to release deeply. These classes begin with gently opening the body with lengthening stretches, and delicious supported asana. Elements of mindfulness practice are woven in and the class culminates with a calming theta meditation. Learn to connect with your heart through deep relaxation and restoration.
The atmosphere at Sadhana Yoga is very relaxed and friendly and the classes integrate a practical, physical western approach to yoga, within a calm eastern-influenced setting.
