Depending on the day, the class is adjusted here and there with new exercices and ways to find your true self. Still, the structure is also kept in place, we move between routine and adventure.

Ce cours de yoga complet combine les effets énergisants et stimulants du Vinyasa avec les bienfaits apaisants et réparateurs du Hatha yoga traditionnel.

Le cours commence avec des exercices respiratoires simples, suivis de salutations au soleil et postures debout qui génèreront beaucoup de chaleur, puis une série de postures au sol pour étirer la colonne vertébrale et stimuler tout l’organisme à travers une combinaison de flexions avant, flexions arrière, torsions et postures inversées.

Le cours se termine par une relaxation guidée pour intégrer les bienfaits de sa pratique.

Parfait pour évacuer les tensions et retrouver de l’énergie tout en apprenant à se détendre et à sentir son corps.
