The class begins with a meditation – sitting, walking and/or guided – that will prepare your body to receive the sound healing. Then, lying on a yoga mat or blanket, you’ll experience a soothing guided meditation, the sounds from the Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, and the frequencies from the attunement. The meditations and healing sounds combine to help clear, balance and harmonize your body, mind and soul, bringing you a sense of tranquility and calmness.

This class interweaves meditation and kirtan chanting with gentle floor based sequences using bolsters, blankets, and props that support the practitioner to fully relax, slow down the mental activity of the brain, bring ease to the body and breath, and tune into the nervous system's healing capacity. The interplay of silence, devotional chants and restorative postures is a wonderful way to end the work week, release physical and emotional energies that no longer serve. and nourish oneself with deep self-attunement and self-love.
