Prana is the vital life force in all creation. This class we learn three breathing practice that brings awareness to the helps to focus and calm the mind and body to prepare for meditation.

All levels Rocket classes follow the basic outlines of Rocket I and II sequences, but with modifications and amplifications offered throughout class, so that all levels can practice together.
Instructions will be given to learn a posture or transition from the most basic step to the most advanced expression of possibilities. It is tailored to the moment, the amount of people in the room and the different levels of practitioners. This class is suitable for enthusiastic beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.

Beginner's Yoga perfect class for first time practice, learning proper alignment and names of sequence is design to promote healing mind body and Sri Swami Satchidananda.

In the Rocket tradition, we practice Primary Series on Sundays, paying homage to our roots in Ashtanga Vinyasa. This class will be the traditional 72-posture Led Primary Series, as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This class will focus on the principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa, including tristani (Breath - Ujjayi, Bandhas - energy locks, and Drishti - gaze), Surya Namaskar A and B (Sun Salutations A and B), the traditional standing and seated postures, and the traditional finishing series.

This class is not advised for beginner students. It is recommended that students be comfortable with All Levels classes, and have attempted a Rocket 1 class before attempting the Full Primary Series. You will see many similarities in the Rocket 1 and Primary Series sequences.
