    A One Hour and Fifteen minute Vinyasa (Flow) yoga class, coming direct from our home studio to yours via Zoom. All of our classes begin with a short dharma talk, moving on to a warmup, and then the main event: a vinyasa yoga class where we will work strength and flexibility in tandem, you'll find new ways to move your body allowing you to expand your mobility range. We'll then settle our bodies down with a restorative pose, specifically chosen to support the muscle group we're working on during that session. Ending with a long and well deserved savasana, allowing our bodies to soak up all of our hard work and re-balance. These classes are open to all levels of yoga, where beginners will be given directions to modify poses and advanced practitioners will be given the opportunity to take certain poses to other variations. No equipment is required except for you and your yoga mat, but a set of blocks would be helpful to have to support you in the poses.     Kundalini MahaYoga is an open-eyed meditation practice that transforms emotions, thought forms, and tensions into higher creative energy. Through a simple breathing exercise, and in conjunction with receiving skate from the teacher, the chakra system opens and awakens the Kundalini force within a human being. With regular practice, one is capable of recycling physical and psychic tensions into a more refined, fluid energy. As a result, the mind becomes quieter, the heart opens, and over time one feels a deepening sense of balance, insight, and an internal flow of purer energy.

    Breath is the exquisite tool of transformation. It penetrates layers of the ego’s resistance to pure consciousness, and frees a person’s natural capacity for deeper spiritual awareness in daily life. Creative use of the breath cuts through blocked strata of fear, pain, rage, trauma, and loneliness, and helps a person to reconnect with her or his natural inner sense of belonging and wellbeing.
