Designed to give a gently aerobic practice while building strength and flexibility. We offer an open level which is suitable for anyone and Level I&II more rigorous version of this popular class.

Taught by master yoga/pilates instructor, Lynn Needle, our pilates classes aim to strengthen muscles through traditional pilates mat exercises, while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Asana and pranayama are incorporated on the mat for a unique experience unlike any other pilates class.

Open Level Vinyasa Class

Indulge in a sweet, one-hour prenatal class. Our gently flowing practice will help you to improve circulation, ease digestion, maintain a limber spine, strengthen your uterus and pelvic muscles, and simply make you more at ease throughout your pregnancy. Through yoga, breath work, and meditation you will develop confidence and nurture your innate wisdom to connect with your baby and enjoy the magical process of pregnancy and birth. Includes 1/2 hour share time after practice with fellow prenatal moms.

Alignment focused hot vinyasa

Blurring the lines between yoga and dance! This class incorporates, dance, flow, unique sequencing, alignment, mindfulness, strength and endurance building all in one class. Flowyo helps tone, strengthen, and lengthen all the muscles in your body. Set to contemporary and classic music, the class is designed to awaken both masculine and feminine energy in your body.

Soho Yogaworks

A gentle yoga practice that opens with a meditation, includes modifications with props, and concludes with supported, passive (restorative) postures for a longer relaxation. Promotes and supports balancing the nervous system and healing.

Yoga 216’s alignment style flow, which incorporates a monthly asana (posture), weekly alignment focus, and sense memory sequencing to help you uncover lasting results while progressing in all aspects of your practice. Open level means the instructor will offer variations to allow for all levels.
