Held on Sunday only. Power Yin is a 60-minute up-skilled yin class. It targets the lower back (lumbar and sacral area), the pelvic girdle, the hip joints and the knees in order to create strength, mobility and agility. This class is an athlete’s best friend, so whether you are a weekend warrior or an elite athlete, you will want to be in this class weekly. The room is heated to 100F-105F. You are required to bring two towels to participate in this class.

This a moderately paced Vinyasa flow class and students will continue to build awareness, strength, and skill. It is helpful to have a basic awareness of yoga postures. Teachers will offer modifications to make the practice accessible to ALL students of varying levels. Students should understand their own bodies and be willing and able to modify accordingly. At times, postures will be held for longer periods of time to increase strength and concentration.

If you are ready to get moving this class is for you. Not too fast, not too slow but just right. This class is series of postures that flow from one to the next. You'll be up, you'll be down, you might break a sweat, but when you're done you'll feel refreshed and energized. Some familiarity with basic poses is helpful before taking this class.

Hatha Yoga is a traditional style that includes centering, pranayama (breathing exercises), and exercises to improve strength, flexibility and balance. The class ends with a final relaxation. All levels are welcome.

Class begins with a complete warm-up to prepare the body for 30-40 minute practice of Vinyasa, incorporating more challenging poses. Cool down and relaxation follows.

Pranayama (Breathwork) Kriya (series of postures) deep relaxation and meditation in order to bring more awareness to the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
