Based on the art of Vinyasa Krama and beautifully blends mindful & creative sequencing with the rhythm of the breath and includes alignment awareness, music, mantra, meditation and mudra. Moving from our roots to crown, class progresses through warm ups, Surya Namaskar and standing poses that build towards arm balances and inversions and move into backbends and forward bends, culminating in peaceful meditation and sacred rest. Each class is set to soulful music and guided by Yoga’s rich traditions and philosophy.
