A sweaty, intermediate / advanced Power Flow class! Room is heated to 90 degrees.

A precise, yet playful, practice for students of all levels and ability. The practice will include challenging flow and the introduction of advanced postures, balanced with gentle and grounding poses to bring your body, mind and heart to an optimal place of connection and balance.

This is a flow class which incorporates alignment with more advanced poses. The focus of the class is on the breath to cultivate, build and strengthen the mind-body awareness.
