In this class we will recognize the interconnectedness of our mind/body, is a blend of (adaptive, gentle) hatha yoga to access its potential physical benefits.

This a moderately paced Vinyasa flow class and students will continue to build awareness, strength, and skill. It is helpful to have a basic awareness of yoga postures. Teachers will offer modifications to make the practice accessible to ALL students of varying levels. Students should understand their own bodies and be willing and able to modify accordingly. At times, postures will be held for longer periods of time to increase strength and concentration.

Hatha Yoga is a traditional style that includes centering, pranayama (breathing exercises), and exercises to improve strength, flexibility and balance. The class ends with a final relaxation. All levels are welcome.

Join me at the beautiful, serene Lotus Pond. We will practice in the beautiful log cabin overlooking a small pond with a waterfall. The class includes core strengthening, stretching and relaxation techniques. I teach in a lighthearted manner, so you will leave stronger, more flexible and with a smile on your face.

Time to step out of the ego and into self acceptance and Truth. This is an all levels class. You must be 21yo to participate.
