A high intensity class that consists of breath work, core / movement / cardio drills and high intensity flow sequences. The aim of CS level 1 is to build strength, coordination and stamina to get you stable, comfortable and full of balance in four basic inversions, arm balances:

headstand
handstand
forearm balance
crow pose
AND its variations PLUS three basic transitions:

handstand dive
crow into chaturanga
jumps (forward and through)
These poses and sequences are designed to prepare you for Level 2, where similar techniques are incorporated to get you transitioning from one hand/head/arm balancing pose to the other.

Our slow flow Yoga classes combine breath to movement and lets you move between the postures in flowing transitions. This class has more movement than the classical yoga class. Our instructors will give you different options to either make your practice more advanced or restorative. Suitable for all levels.

Powerful vinyasa flow with challenging arm balances and core work

These classes are your opportunity to explore the world of yoga asana (poses). Each class begins with a flowing vinyasa practice to develop heat and focus within the body and mind, strengthening your cardiovascular system. We then begin to introduce new and/or more difficult poses, breaking them down and building on the foundations. There is plenty of time to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of your practice. Enjoy the challenge of discovering new aspects of your practice, adding to your yoga skill-set.

Our yin yoga classes are a slow-paced, calming style of yoga. Yin yoga targets the connective tissue (ligaments, tendons and fascia) to improve the feeling of space and freedom in your body. These classes are suitable for all levels of students.

BEGINNER FRIENDLY

Revive is a luxurious yoga practice with movements that are slow, gentle, repetitive and rocking to create a class that is deeply nourishing. Taking inspiration from Qigong, Yoga Somatics and ancient Indian dance, one pose flows seamlessly into the next in a relaxing continuum. We focus deeply on breath and reviving the prana (energy) within the body. Each class ends with a guided meditation. Perfect end of the day practice for all levels of ability, including beginners.
