All levels vinyasa flow class designed to challenge the body and breath with fluidity. Attention to smooth sequencing of postures is emphasized to build from low to higher intensity.

A Hatha Gentle flow class suitable for beginners.

Flow: Heated up to 90+; more dynamic music. A dynamic class known for the coordination of breath and movement stemming from Sun Salutations. A flow class can be for all levels, as the teacher will offer standard postures with my challenging options for students who wish to take it further. Depending on the teacher there may be more or less "flows," along with held postures to balance out the class.

A class focused on restoring the body, mind, and spirit through gentle warm-ups, supported poses, various breathing techniques, meditation, and occasional Yoga Nidra. Poses can be modified as needed. Give yourself the time for rejuvenation!

This mellow class is blend of restorative yoga and Yin yoga, where all the postures are performed on the floor using wide variety of yoga props, allowing you to stay in the postures for longer periods of time. This meditative practice with deeply held poses will release tension and stiffness in your back, hips, shoulders and legs. Alignment and the healing/therapeutic approach is a key element of this class, accompanied by thoughtfully chosen themes, music and readings.

Students will be guided through a set of postures and informed about specific health benefits or each pose. Detailed instruction is given for posture modification, reflecting a student's limitation and contraindications. This allows them to tailor the practice based on their current physical/health condition. Some postures are held for longer periods of time to achieve the therapeutic benefit, and to allow time to adjust not only the posture alignment, but also the proper breathing technique and state of mind, which can vary based on the posture.

Therapeutic yoga is a gentle, slow practice where you will work on specific parts of your body to help it feel better. This class is both for people who are new to yoga and continuing students. Each week you will have the opportunity to request poses for your particular needs. The class will be small enough to get personal attention and large enough to feel the energy of your fellow students. (5-15 students).

This class links breath and movement through a series of postures and Sun Salutations that encourage the mind to focus while building strenght and flexibility. All levels welcome.

Combining the benefits of restorative yoga and topping it off with the ‘dessert of yoga’ - Yoga Nidra, this class begins with very gentle movement and moves to fully supported postures making liberal use of props to help you experience a letting go and release of tension points throughout the body. The class ends with a meditative guided relaxation, moving mental awareness through many levels to a state of slower brain waves, resulting in a deeper level of awareness and integration. Leave this class feeling rested, restored and at ease.
