Flow Yoga once again builds on Gentle Flow and is for the student who is confident in the basic postures and movements and who is able to adjust a posture to their level of practice. It will include Surya Namaskar (sun salutations), inversions and back bends. This style is also great for those who have been practicing yoga regularly for at least 6 -12 months. Those with a lot of yoga experience will benefit from the higher level of expertise required and the postures will be modified to suit your level of experience. If you want a more physically challenging class this is for you.

Align and Flow offers stronger variations of yoga postures in an intelligent sequence to strengthen and warm your body. Moving through the postures progressively and mindfully with breath, slowed down to focus on alignment in postures. This practice builds strength, flexibility and concentration.

Suitable for new yogis or yogis that are pregnant, injured or looking for a slower more nurturing class. A nourishing and comforting class.
