A Vinyasa style class for all ages and all levels

This class will dive deep into a broader range of asanas with a non-aggressive approach and moderate pace which allows you to dissolve into a more open, graceful body and relax into a steady mind. This class is open to all levels, but due to the slower tempo it is appropriate for beginners who are ready to grow their practice as well. Basics class recommended before attending.

Just enough movement with a cooling finish.

Basic Flow class. Get your meditation and heart rate going as you flow through warm-up, sun-salutations and a cool down then bliss out in shavasana. Come enjoy the sound of music and breath. Leave the world behind for your hour of power.

This class is for absolutely anyone of any age, shape or size to experience the many benefits of yoga. No experience or flexibility required. You will learn basic yoga postures, the art and benefits of breathing, correct positioning of postures within one’s own body and how to incorporate props into your practice. We recommend you wear loose, comfortable clothing. No yoga experience necessary.

Grow your practice. This mixed level class allows you to explore more challenging asana variations with the detail and support of a level 1 class. The practice will be dynamic yet playful with modifications provided to offer your practice room to grow as you develop greater body mind awareness. Vinyasa classes link breath with movement, are often sweat inducing, energetic and deeply cleansing for the body while focusing the mind to engage in the fulness of life! Some yoga experience recommended.

If you are new to yoga, or if you’ve been practicing for many years, this class is for you! Rebecca Fronberg is a Yoga Alliance certified RYT-200 and has been teaching yoga since 2006 and practicing since 2001. She would love to guide you to a deeper place inside of yourself where you can use the power of your breath to build strength, flexibility and balance. Work muscles you don’t commonly use and stretch muscles that you use every day. The result is a powerful mind-body connection. Bring your own yoga mat and a thicker gym-style mat if you want to pad your knees. We practice on a hard wood floor. If you don’t have a mat yet, there are some available for short-time use.
