In a Super Gentle Yoga Class students use both chairs and yoga mats. The class is accommodates those with health concerns whether it is injuries, back pain, weakness in wrists or knees or other circumstances.

This class is designed to support your personal growth and it's fun!

All levels of student are offered assistance and given the opportunity to understand alignment principles and movements to maximize safe, informed range of motion. Class ends with a guided deep relaxation.

Kundalini based class for children 6-9 years old

Mysore is a self-practice where you move through the Ashtanga series of poses as they were sequenced by Sri K Pattabhi Jois in India in the 1930s. The class is not led as a whole, instead, students are given personalized one- on - one instruction according to their ability. It is appropriate for all levels and all abilities - because it is taught directly to you in the tradition of parampara (succession of teachers and students).

The class structure is "open", meaning that you can have a flexible start time! Enter the studio when you like and leave when your practice is complete within the scheduled time.

All Levels Vinyasa

Join us for this invigorating all-levels flow. This 75 minute class covers step-back sun salutations, standing poses, hip-openers, seated poses, twists, backbends, and basic inversions. Newer students can build a strong base while more seasoned yogis can take their chattarunga and backbends deeper with variations. Gain flexibility, strength, and stamina. Not recommended for brand new beginners.

Mixed level women's class with breath work, asana practice and guided relaxation.

This class for more advanced beginners and intermediate students will emphasize strength, stamina and deeper understanding of the poses. The poses learned in Level I or Mixed level classes are explored more in depth and more challenging postures are introduced, including inversions and back bends Various modifications are taught to make the more challenging poses accessible or working deeper in poses. Special attention is paid to discovering how breath work can support you in a pose and practicing the connection between the physical and energetic body.

Discovering and cultivating a conscious dialogue with your higher self brings a deep sense of self-awareness, clarity, and confidence in your choices on your path of healing and transformation. This class will help you recognize your patterns and behaviors and you will learn how to experience the power of heightened awareness and be in touch with and understand yourself like never before.

We gently move into poses designed to help with flexibility without pushing ourselves over the limit. Each pose is held to enable you to get the fullest possible stretch as well as time to relax your mind and connect to your breath.

This class is designed for those who have never taken a Yoga class. It is an introduction to poses and meditation.
