Viniyoga as taught by T Krishnamacharya and his son TKV Desikachar uses postures, breath, and other tools of yoga to bring the student to better balance in body, mind and spirit. Hatha yoga classes with an emphasis on good alignment, builing strength and flexibility, and cultivating a healthy breath and calmer mind. Classes are appropriate for all levels and class size is small allowing for more personal attention.

A moderate intensity class which encompasses breathing techniques, proper postural alignment, poses and movements that strengthen the heart, improve blood flow to the muscles and organs, and regulate the nervous system.
