Pilates-based core & yoga

Svaroopa Yoga classes starting with the Magic 4 for any new student and eventually teaching all 130 poses of Hatha Yoga.

We are based on the Vinyasa Flow. The Vinyasa sequence includes stretching & twists, Sun Salutations (Chair), Warrior poses, Balancing (using chair), Hip opener's (using chair), core work, minor backbends & inversions (extremely minor), stretches & twists, and relaxation.

Hatha-based slow flow

Vinyasa is also known as "flow" link breath and movement to create different sequences of asanas. Mindful vinyasa is a unique blend of the physical and mental practice of levels of yogis are welcome.

Gentle Chair Yoga is guided during this class. Queing is offered for modifications to the poses

A beginners class that focuses on alignment and basic principles of yoga.

Indulge your senses in this peaceful yoga class with a traditional twist. We practice gentle yoga postures using world music to explore the creative side of life, and essential oils to soothe the soul and senses. The instructor will use both English and Sanskrit names for the postures in this class and the serene setting will allow you to slip into a deep sense of peace and relaxation. Focus on breath and alignment are learned, along with many other yoga postures to open and create delightful space in the body, mind, and soul. It’s a great way to transition yourself into a relaxing weekend.

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Each class includes a Kundalini yoga set, mantra and meditation, and deep relaxation to the healing vibrations of Symphonic Gong. New students welcome, as well as all levels of experience and abilities. Pay what you can.

This class is designed for people who are brand new to yoga and/or Holy Yoga. It's an opportunity to build a foundation for creating your own practice.

A blend of beginner to intermediate students to practice basic, gentle, vinyasa, yin & restorative yoga. We welcome everyone to our classes.
