Flow and Ease All Levels

This class will focus on stretching and strengthening, educating you on the use of props and modification, for safe and appropriate movement for your body. All levels welcome.
Move with a veteran yogini, lifelong dancer, therapeutic bodyworker, and health practitioner, who has taught children, adults and seniors

Find balance, build strength and cultivate ease in this dynamic yoga practice. The first half of the class will focus on strengthening poses to build muscle tone and flexibility, and in the second half of the class you will relax and completely unwind with therapeutic and gentle restorative poses that will help you let go of chronic stress and tension in the body and mind. Everyone is welcome.

This class can be enjoyed by students at any level of experience. Poses (asanas) are offered with variations and modifications so there is something for each student.

Sun Salutations and flowing sequences of asanas change and align with the breath. Expect standing poses, balance poses, inversions – a little bit of everything but moving towards a broader spectrum of poses that may challenge some students.

These classes also focus on the relationship between strength and flexibility.

All levels welcome. This 75 minute class is a recharge in the midst of your week. A slow building dynamic practice, linking breath with movement to cultivate a moving meditation. We wind down with supported gentle postures, and conclude with deep guided rest in Yoga Nidra.
